Our head chef Rounak Dumra , started his career as a young boy working for his family restaurant in the town of Fremont, 30 mins from sf downtown. Wah jee wah started by his father Anil s Dumra made great name in the community and thrived on catering business, with 40+ years in the business Rounak had some tuff shoes to fill . After working for his father for several years Rounak dumra decided to get serious about the food business and went of to collage in NY , attended the culinary institute of America. Worked in ny for multiple chefs with different back grounds for a couple years getting exposed to Italian , indian and contemporary foods . Chef then took on a opportunity in Florida with Bonita bay country club for a season before he decided to come home .
